Pricing

All subscription prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include GST. Australian subscription payments must be received in Australian currency.

While Australian Goods and Services tax (GST) is removed from all international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to local Customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination and these must be borne by you.

We reserve the right to amend our subscription prices from time to time.

Shipping and Delivery

Subscribers can choose a start date for their subscription up to three issues ahead of the current issue. If subscribers do not specify which issue they wish to begin, they may need to wait up to 8 weeks for delivery of the first issue.

Shipping is by surface mail throughout Australia and sea mail overseas.

The delivery of overseas orders is reliant on overseas postal services and we cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services.

Online orders from high risk credit countries (as determined by Luna Media) can take up to six months for delivery. If you have any questions regarding your order please email.

Gadgets

All COSMOS Gadgets have a 1 year warranty. Delivery only within Australia. Delivery within 14 days of purchase. Prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include GST. Price excludes delivery.

Refunds

We will extend your subscription pro-rata if we are at fault in failing to deliver you an issue of the print magazine. For subscriptions arising out of the transfer of a subscription held in an alternative publication, no refund is available if the transferred subscription is cancelled before the end of its term. Gifts offered with subscriptions are not refundable for cash.
