COSMOS IS ONE of 15 winners in the Earth Journalism Awards, which are linked to the next major round of U.N. climate negotiations in Copenhagen in December. We are the only Australian winner.

Over the next month there is now an online vote for a 16th award – the Global Public Award – out of those 16 winners. If you like the article, please vote for it and help COSMOS win the award!

Voting is easy. Click here to read the article online and VOTE!

The winning article is guaranteed maximum exposure to the world's movers and shakers gathered in Copenhagen, and has the opportunity to help persuade them of the urgency of taking serious action on climate now.
